A US 501(c)(3) Not for Profit

On March 9, 2023, the US Department of Treasury granted the SIDS DOCK FOUNDATION exemption from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3).

As a Donor, you can deduct contributions you make to you under IRC Section 170.

The Foundation is also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devices, transfers, or gifts under Sections 2055, 2106, or 2522.
